An award winning entrepreneur & businesswoman.
She was the Co-Founder of the most successful Brand Management company in the world with over 22 years' experience in establishing a global brand extension platform & the creation of a new breed of agency ready to tackle the challenges of modern-day business.

TLC (The Licensing Company Ltd) started in London in 1996 & was acquired by Global Brands Group PLC (GBG HK stock exchange). Today the business has 24 offices, a roster of leading Brand representations in various sectors & generates over Β£10BN* in retail sales annually for its clients.

Jessica specialises in Global brand distribution, business development, brand building, strategy & sales focussed on the travel industry.

Over the past 15 years, Jessica has worked successfully with brands to create distribution opportunities via cruise ships, ferries, airports, airlines, hotels, multi brand stores & downtown duty-free locations. 

She has partnered with a mix of global luxury, premium & indie brands within fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, beauty, food & beverage. 

She joined Brand x Society in November 2023 to expand our services & knowledge to clients.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Germany

With expertise in brand management, licensing, partnerships, collaborations franchising & brand distribution into the Central European markets, Toni joins
Brand x Society as Managing Director - GAS region, with a focus on the branded fashion, retail, lifestyle & FMCG sectors

He previously worked with globally renowned brands such as MaxMara, Marc O'Polo, & Boggi Milano to develop localised highly successful strategies. 

In 2012, Toni led the brand development for CAA in the GAS, Netherlands, Eastern Europe regions & played a key role in implementing strategic projects for Netflix, Coca-Cola, Jeep, Playboy, & various Celebrities.
